No one literally no one can assure you how you can improve that.

You can share your fiverr gig where your target audience stayed.

You can e-mail with your gig URL to your targeted audience

You have to attract your target audience from outside and generate traffic to your gig.

If no one sees your gig, then how you would get a click, impression?
Always staying online will not assure you to get an order. On the other hand, with order and positive feedback, your gig won't be ranked.

Stay online as much as you can. That is the most important thing. And work with your repeat customers. If you haven't received bad reviews or recently had a low response rate, your gigs will return to normal after a few weeks. Good luck!
