Ut Oh... We are having a problem processing this order? (*Can someone tell me what this is about?*)

As of yesterday I can no longer make purchases on fiverr and I’m not sure why,



The email kickback says : "Due to a technical problem, we couldn’t process your payment and start the order for the “gig title”



"We are sorry for the inconvenience and suggest that you try ordering this Gig again."



I’ve never seen this before, any suggestions? I’ve tried re-ordering 4 different times from 3 different cards/paypal options, etc.

I think this is/was a universal problem. A received this message from a potential customer;



“Hi there, I would like to get critique on my résumé and cover letter, but I’m new on this app of fiver. I don’t know how to buy this service from you. Well when I click on your service if says this gig is currently not available. But this message also appears for any service I click in this fiver from anyone. So please help and advice how can I buy your service. Thx”

Thanks! Any suggestions on what I can do to bypass it or contact Fiverr to alert them?



I’ve got some time sensitive projects and can’t seem to get this going.
