All requirements completed for a while but still not able to become a top-rated seller. Any solution?

Fiverr manually select top rated sellers.

You need to stabilize those statistics and income for long to get fiverr's attention.

If there's up and downs, it will become harder.

True. It's a hand picked process once you have everything in green. Keep doing your best work and if you keep killing it like you have for a couple of months you might be picked.

 

Congratulations on 1k too. Be careful with having a second account though, that could get you banned from Fiverr.
