Fiverr charged service fee to my client?

Excuse my ignorance.
A client bought an extra order from me after the main order was fulfilled, and I sent him a customized order for $10, but when he made the payment, it showed that he paid $13, which is $10 plus $2.55 for the service fee and $0.91 for taxes.

I don't mind if Fiverr charges me and deducts it from my $10, but I don't want them to charge my client more than what I told them I was going to charge.

Or did the client actually only get charged $10? Why does Fiverr shows me that my client was charged $13?
