Change password without phone number

Couple of days back some how I signed out from the fiverr mobile app, but couldn't log in back as I don't remember the password. While trying to solve this problem I log out from my computer as well in order to reset the password by choosing "forgot password" option. But later I found that phone verification is needed to reset the password. The worst case is I don't have access to my fiverr phone number anymore. I did not use it for months. So the service provider has deactivated my phone connection. What is the solution?

That's very generous of you. Thank you so much. Will try to contact customer support. I already asked with service provider and they said in two or three weeks I will be able to access my phone number

have you tried changing email or log in by secret questions?
