Gig Promoted Issue

Hi,

I am really tired☹️ From 2019 to 2022 I was a top rated seller. Unfortunately I lost it for on time delivery issue. So, this year I am more serious with my job. And in my gig or profile have all criteria. Nevertheless, my gig is not promoted since few month. I attached 2 documents. Please help...

Seems like fiverr has changed it's algorithm. I have not had a new buyer contact me since 2 months 😞

What's going on fiverr? I have working fiverr from 2011. But in this situation I never faced. Not getting a single message!

sometimes Fiverr removes the exposure it has been giving you for free since 2011 . Now you have to find a way to bring new customers to your gigs.

When I can expect TRS Level?

I think I am doing fine, like on time delivery and all requirements are 100%. But I am not getting my TRS level back. Pls someone can explain when I can expect it next?...Pls see attachment.

Selection of TRS sellers is a manual process and things are taken into account that are beyond the main requirements, like buyer satisfaction and there are private reviews to consider. Some sellers receive TRS immediately, some never receive it at all. Keep concentrating on delivering great work, that's all you can do. And believe me, having the TRS badge doesn't necessarily mean you'll receive many more orders. It's nice to have, but doesn't guarantee increased success.

I was TRS seller from 2019 to 2023 JAN. I am working in fiverr from 2011. I know all about this but TRS badge give me a pleasure, just it.

So then I imagine you know how it works and for whatever reason you went back down to level two. Maybe you'll be selected again for TRS.
