I am a SEO optimizer and working on website designing from repeat buyer who came for On-page task. Will this be a problem?

I am a SEO optimizer of Google and I wanted to know a thing that came to my mind. I got a buyer who wanted keyword research for me and he got so happy that he gave me the task to build a website from the start ( designing and optimizing). Now what I need to know is if will it be a problem because I do not have any gig for website design( I had it but I deleted it). Please I like to get an answer from a person who has experienced this same type of situation. Regards!
