can i use payoneer that i deleted without unlinking from fiverr and creating new payoneer with same nic different enamil and number

my fiverr account got restricted so i deleted payoneer that was linked with my fiverr resticted account so can i use my new payoneer that i created with same nic number but with new email and new phone number  can i link that payoneer with another fivver account beacuse i read one blog that says you can use  2 to 4acoount by changing emails and phone number  of same nic number payoneer because there can be alot of people with same as my full name and in the blog he says that fiverr only requires name and phone number of payoneer account so iam not sure of it but can i use payoneer with different email and link it to my fiverr account?
