Gig Found By Tittle Not By Tags

Hi Fiverr Members,
Hope you are doing wonderful today,
I have a question, I put tittle relevant to book cover design see the attached file "Title" and put 2 tags see the attached file "Tags",
Now when I search my gig as per my tittle like "kindle book cover" set seller details to "Level One' chose online sellers "On" at the end I found my gig,
But when I search my gig as per my tags, nothing shows up,
I hope someone can explain this and describe Fiverr SEO Mathematics,
