Hello fiverr community. My fiverr payment oprtion was disable. I contacted support, they told me I had issue with an order which was canceled by cusotmer support some weeks back and the buyer has blocked me and I get in torch with the buyer again. Please what can I do because I have respond to fiverr about the cancealtion and blocking but they are yet to repsond to me.

seems like buyer file case against you and may be want refund (so fiverr disabled withdrawal)

I have sent them the screenshot to support and they have not resonded.

what response you received from fiverr ?
order is cancelled, and money refunded, right ? then why still withdrawal disabled ?

take consultation of fiverr support and ask what to do in this matter. they will advise better
