Payoneer application still being processed

Hello,

so I switched from Paypal to Payoneer bank withdrawal, and I went through the approval process and submitted all the documents and got my account approved, but when I go to payout methods on Fiverr it says that my application is being processed, and no I don't have pending documents to submit I called the Payoneer support through phone and they said that my account is approved and ready to receive. I already contacted Fiverr support and they said that my Payoneer account was "inactive" for them, eventhough the account is perfectly functional and ready to go..

What should do? should disconnect them and reconnect them again? is it true that if you disconnect a Payoneer account from Fiverr you can not add it again?

Please help me with this.
