Commission and processing fee

Yesterday I completed $15 order, received $12 (20% fiverr commission) but on dashboard, 9.60$ being cleared..I contacted CS, they said it is processing fee. 

Has Fiverr started to take 40% commission?

I don't think so. Are you promoting your gigs? If you are, then that could be what was taken out of your final total. CS should be able to tell you this though. Ask them again. Tell them that this doesn't make any sense that they would take out an additional $2.40 cents.
