Second TOS warning for nothing?

Hello there, I need your advice. I am a successful seller on Fiverr with second level.

A buyer on Fiverr asked me in DM if I accept also other payment options, of course I wrote him that I accept only through Fiverr, but he insisted that the price for him is too high and I can cut the 25% by payment through PayPal, so I sent him a PayPal link (I know, not a best option, but he was really interested in the project), But after sending him the PayPal link the Fiverr sent me a first TOS warning. So I said okay, another trolling user on Fiverr, I won't send any PayPal link again to anyone, my bad. But then after 3 more days I got another TOS warning for nothing? I communicated only with 3 people, to which I didn't wrote anything about paying outside of the platform. So I contacted Fiverr if they can provide me more information and if it isn't any mistake, they told me that it is how it is. And that I got the second TOS warning for the PayPal link in another message and currently my account is suspended. So I am currently writing here if there is anything I can do.

I think the problem could be in me reporting and blocking the user, so basically I created another case in the Fiverr on which I got the second TOS warning. So first one is that he reported me and now I reported "myself". Should I write anything else to Fiverr support team? Or is there anything I can do to message my returning clients in my inbox? I think the Fiverr takes a lot of money from our orders and that they could atleast provide specific details about the TOS warnings.

if you have sent your paypal account in Fiverr chat 2 times, it is correct that you have received 2 warnings, you cannot do anything. Now you must try to recover your account or you risk being closed completely.

I sent only one PayPal link, but I've got two warnings regarding that...

in this case, contact Fiverr CS and ask to remove 1 warning and send proof to Fiverr CS that show you sent only 1 time that link.

Thanks for your help, it took a while to convince Fiverr that it actually is a mistake, but after sending them the screenshots, they forwarded the request to technical support and removed the second warning.
