You need to explain novice users how to get around the platform. Maybe they are first time buyers and don't know where to put the feedback. Next time, as soon as they make similar mistakes, politely ask them to make the correction.

I don't what they wrote but maybe they wanted to leave a personal message intentionally in your inbox.
