Error, Bug, Promotion Gig, Promoted gig

Hi Seniors

I have been facing a very strange issue for last few months and when i ask Fiverr support they understand the error and forward the case to Technical team but they don't help, They don't fix the issues. I don't understand now that what should i do.

My 5 gigs are eligibile for promotion but 2 of them shwoing promote option when we click on gig.

Like you can promote gigs from Promotion page but there is no option from promotion on the gig.

So this issues is with 3 gigs and all 3 gigs don't show anywhere on any keyword.

other 2 gigs show promote option on the gig page as well and both gigs show on all the keywords.

Suppose if i talk about my best seller gig "I will optimize Google My Business lsiting and heighten GMB Local SEO ranking" This gig does not that option on the gig, but the gig eligibile for promotion if you check on promotion page and this gig does not show anywhere on any keyword even it shows on first page on category (Digital marketing > Local SEO)

I have been facing this issue for months now and my business dropped 60 to 70%, 

I am getting all the business from my old clients and I am having repeat buyers badge from weeks.

I don't understand what should i do now.
