How can i recover my disable fiverr account?

Can anyone guide me as my Fiverr seller account has been disabled even though I have provided my identity? I used to have one account but that account is now drunk due to not being in use. so guide me I have emailed the support center but still on wait as I have to deliver some orders to my clients.

You can't have 2 accounts. That's why Fiverr disabled your new account,  most likely. So you won't be able to recover it.

Is there any way to know how many accounts I have because my Gmail was hacked?
