ID Verification BUG?

I can’t verify my ID because the app camera options not open. I do change my phone device for fixing the camera issues, but the result is the same. I tried from Laptop but the id verification SMS through cell number or QR code scanning is not working. Other mobile verification is working. I informed Fiverr support two times for facing this bug issues but no reply since 10-12 days. My Id temporarily disabled. Please, anyone, suggest me

I have the same problem with my phone. When I reach the point to take a photo of an ID I get a message that Fiverr needs camera permission. But when I want to give it camera permission there is no option for camera permission for the Fiverr app... Simply there is no Fiverr app to choose from the list of all apps.

I will try with a different device, but after reading your comments I'm not hopeful. Anyone can offer a solution to this?

Update: I managed to register my ID by choosing to open a page in a mobile phone browser. I couldn't do that on a Samsung phone, but I managed to do that on a Xiaomi phone. I do not know if that is important but may be due to the phone SW. On Xiaomi phone, I couldn't also register an ID through a Fiverr app.

I managed to get it done. I deleted the fiverr app on mobile. Then open the fiverr website on mobile browser. Changed it to desktop view and click verifry ID. Changed it back to mobile view on the browser. A prompt showed up to allow camera, click yes and all done. Hope that helps.

I just tried verifying my ID over 2 dozen times. Once the app gets to the part where it has to take a photo of my ID, it says it can't detect it because of lighting. I tried every lighting I could find and it still won't detect my photo. After 2 attempts, it says 'AN ERROR HAS OCCURED.' I am hoping this is monitored by Fiverr because without getting verified I won't be able to access my account. Did anyone else encounter this problem and find a solution? How can I verify my ID another way?

Super Easy.  Follow these steps carefully. Thanks me later.

1. Delete FIVERR app from your mobile first.

2. Open the chrome browser or any browser in your mobile phone.

3. Goto Google chrome browser settings and set camera permissions as 'ask me first' and make sure camera permission is not blocked there.

4. Open Fiverr account in this browser, login there and click on Verify me.

5. Cancel Desktop Site mode, use mobile mode. It will give you same interface as fiverr app.

6. Select option 'I consent' and other options like 'ID or Passport or Driving license'.

7. To take photo, your browser will ask for permission, click on yes and take photo of ID card etc in bright light. Make sure photo is not blur. Retake it again if it is blur. Until it is clear.

5. Now with full face, take a selfie in bright light. And click on submit.

10. While taking these 2 photos, internet must be connected and should me fast.
