Specifically, my gigs' impressions have been showing as zero, and my promoted gigs are displaying as "not eligible." Despite having a 4.9-star rating and active order, I am not receiving any impressions. I have reached out to customer support regarding this issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to solve the problem.
