Unable to associate Fiverr with Payoneer account for a month.

I have been trying to integrate my Fiverr account to my Payoneer account but I can't It's displaying the same error saying that I'm "Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account. Please submit a new application, using an alternate email address." My Payoneer account is approved and there's no requirement left from me on the verification center. Please help.
