When Will My Order Completion return to 100%?

I got my first cancellation Feb 20 and March 8 for the second one, i have done more than 100 jobs those were my first cancellation after one year plus working on fiverr, tried taking the account to 90% lost my levels, but today makes it 60days after my first cancellation do i have to wait for the second one to reach 60days before my account goes back to 100% i need answer i have been checking for feedback no reply yet.

Yes, your order completion rate is based on the last 60 days, so it'll go back to 100% when your stats show no cancelations in the last 60 days.
