mikerawers Posted April 19 Share Posted April 19 Sorry if this is not in the correct forum category but I am looking for feedback and or advise on what I may have done wrong once joining the Sellers Plus program. I noticed a huge drop-off on all stats including impressions, clicks and of course orders. Specifically on my main gig https://www.fiverr.com/mikerawers/tweaks-fixes-updates-us-based-wordpress-pro-is-your-wp-handyman The only thing I can think of was a few weeks ago I had a notification that said the following: "Action Required: Increase your visibility by completing your Gig information." But prior to this I was having success with the Gig that was mentioned above. Well I clicked to notification which took me to the edit gig page. I didn't understand exactly what needed to be "completed" but during this edit I may have changed my gigs sub-category and service type values. Since this day I have seen a dramatic change in all gig stats for the worse. I tried to contact support so see if that track those types of changes to gigs. A "History" log or something similar. The ticket was escalated but when I did receive a response it was just them telling me my gig was in the correct category... No mention if I had changed it and if that was the case what did I change it from? Is this a common experience? I am open to feedback and recommendations if anyone would like to share.
