Positive rating

Hi, 

I am a seller in Data analytics field. Recently while opening fiverr , I am seeing that my "Positive Rating" has dipped to 3.7 , however I have received no new ratings on the projects and in the profile section the rating shows as 4.6⭐

@itfusionbd ...what is this positive rating and why it has dipped. Can you help me understand?

The 3.7 may be the last 60 day stats. The All time stats averages are shown on your public profile. The 60 day stats are used to determine whether you maintain your Fiverrr level/advance a level/drop a level. eg. if the 60 day average for ratings is below 4.7 on the evaluation day then you could drop a level, or if you're at level 0 then it could stop you from advancing to the next level (if all the other stats are okay).
