My Email & Fiverr was hacked and hacker withdrawn the money to the paypal account using my gmail.

Hi everyone, I need some help from you guys. 

Let me know what happened to me a week ago. Someone hacked my Gmail first, then they hacked my Fiverr also. and withdrew the money to a PayPal account using my gmail. The problem is, I didn't have a PayPal account with my Gmail. And it is not allowed in Bangladesh to create a PayPal account. But the hacker somehow created an account and withdrew the money to Gmail. 

I contacted support, but they said to wait for the feedback. it has gone a week, still did not get any answers from them. 

Then recovered the Gmail account and then tried to log in to my Fiverr. I was unable to log in and then tried to google sign in then it worked. I tried to change the fiverr account password. it didn't work. it says the password is wrong. I still have the account sign-in using Google. 

My question is

1. Is there any possibility to get back my funds back from Paypal as I do not have an account in PayPal?

2. Is there any risk on the Fiverr account as I haven't changed the password but used a Google login? 

I would really appreciate your answers.

I don't think you will get your money back.... for Fiverr you would have to change passwords and change your email.

I changed the email password and secured the email and then used Google login to Fiverr.  is there also a need to change the Fiverr email?
