I think you ask her to upload files in Google Drive and share the link. As you know your email can support max 25-30MB. Or you can ask her to send files through WeTransfer.

And one more thing, if you need to share your e-mail address as per your service demand, you can share. But always try to describe why you are sharing your email in the same message.
