Blaming to Fiverr is not the right solution. Find out the actual cause. Your gig is not performing enough comparatively your competitors gig. So it may loss the ranking position. Every seconds your gigs is computing with other seller gigs.

Are you still shadow banned?

The issue has been resolved. New buyers are now contacting me and my gigs are also showing in search results now.

So as I always say, it had to do with a bad private review. That kills a gig, one or more of those.

How long did it take to get back to normal?

It was not just a one time problem and fix. This kept happening to me since February, my gigs will be removed from search resulting in 0 impressions. It took about a month and a half to recover from this the first time it happened. Then after a month happened again and so on.

This last time it recovered after about 2 months (the reviews I have during this period are from returning clients not any new ones). It has been about 2 months since the last recovery.
