mrdigitaltom
Does anybody know if Fiverr has a place where they show a complete breakdown of their sellers? E.g - X amount of sellers at each level and from which country and what category they sell in. and.. The average amount of time it takes a seller to go from new seller to level 1 to level 2 etc and what category/country they are in and from. Basically, the bigger and more granular the breakdown the better! Obviously, no personal details, I would just like to see some stats! Or is this something that is not shared? Thanks to anybody with a link or two to some stats!
uk1000
Fiverr don't seem to share a lot of that info. edit: maybe you could ask staff (maybe on the forum) if they could share some of that info at a rough level. Here's a few links with some stats/info a bit like that: https://www.fiverr.com/news/adotas-fiverrapp https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/154915-fiverr-categories-stats/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/225478-for-information-│-number-of-services-available-in-most-competitive-categories-│top-countries-and-share/#comment-1332675 For the "x amount sellers at each level" - Fiverr don't share it but if you go to a category then you can see the totals of the active gigs for each country that have gigs in that category by going to "seller details". eg. if you go to logo design in a particular sort (eg. recommended) then click "seller details" then you look in "seller lives in" then it shows you eg. 7,000 from USA, 50,000 from UK, 27,000 from Bangladesh etc. (or whatever the actual totals are). edit: And that also shows the number of active gigs for each seller level in that category. grayprogrammerz
Most selling categories occupied by Asia and most investment is from USA (mostly) and rest Europe Most graphics and engineering fields are occupied by Pakistan, then Bangladesh and rest india or srilanka Reason is their rates are cheap, but quality still reasonable. USA and UK is on top in music industry, voice actors, hosts and explainer videos... 4

It's a shame Fiverr doesn't share a bit more!

uk1000
There's some very out of date Fiverr stats at https://core.ac.uk/download/pdf/77239686.pdf - that's from either 2017 or Sep 2016. That could be before they changed the requirements for the different levels so the percentage in each level is probably a lot different now and the categories will have changed since then. For some stats they show some info in the Fiverr shareholder letters that you can find online but that's mostly the financial and number of active buyer info (x million) not much on the seller side (I've not seen them break down the info sellers/countries/categories there). Thank you! It's definitely worth a read! I'll have a look online for shareholder letters as well. Thanks again
