My Gig is getting De-ranked Daily.

It's been 2 Months, my gig is getting de-ranked and I am a level 2 seller with 140 orders completed and 10 in the queue but I am only ranked when I switch to online. While offline I am down to page 15. I really don't know what is wrong with my Gig. I need help understanding more about algorithms. I am really not sure where I am wrong.

same here, it's been exactly 2 months, i've been flooded before with orders and now i'm getting nada!
