briefs Briefs/match still "active"?

Hi! Since the briefs/match option was put in place I only got 3 briefs last year (this was between October-November, I think), out of these 3 only 1 was useful. I have the option checked, but nothing has been suggested to me again, is this normal?

I got the wrong category and I don't know how to change it.
