Request to order feature has stopped working

Hi, I have set up the "Request to order" feature on my Gig. But, I've noticed that this feature has stopped working since today and I am getting orders directly from the package where I did not send any customized offer to the buyer.

I assure you that I have set the schedule for 7 days, starting from "12:00 am to 12:00 am (24 hours)", with the target audience being "All customers".

Is anyone facing the same issues?

Same here! I have opened a support ticket and they replied as follows:

It does seem the option to purchase is showing.
