Those are almost always 'bots, temporary and untargeted, therefore useless, plus using them will often get your social media account deleted. There are people with experience and expertise on website optimization or advertising. But to see meaningful results, you may need to spend more. As I’m sure you already know, be sure to look over a seller’s reviews and carefully read the details of any gig you’re considering.
