You should know all of this.  In a few sentences you have convinced the people in this thread that you really don't know what you're talking about. 

If a customer contacts you I'm pretty sure they would feel the same. 

As @catwriter and @vickiespencer  have said.  This is your job.  If you can't do it for yourself then you should consider if freelancing is really for you!
