Create new gig Button is not working. Always returning to the Manage Gigs page.

I am returning to Fiverr after about a year. Cannot create new gigs and no trace of my old gigs. 
And Fiverr Support has not been helpful for me. Always replying with is sh..ty auto reply.

What should I do?
