jordansamari225
I understand that when you hire an independent contractor you must issue a 1099, however I know Fiverr handles this. So say for example I wanted to continuously outsource my business services to a Fiverr freelancer, is there any documents I need to submit for compliance? (I would be selling the service the freelancer provides for a higher price to my clients)
grayprogrammerz
there's no forms to fill on fiverr just make sure, you buy commercial rights from seller
imagination7413
Honestly, that's a question that you should take to a tax professional. If it helps, this is the Fiverr help-page for US Sellers: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011135837-W-9-Collection
