My Fiverr gig description is giving me problems right now! it keeps saying "Description contains illegal characters," So the question is, what characters are forbidding and that we have to avoid in our gig?

Just copy the description and paste it in note pad and again copy and paste it in description you are done you have solve the illegal character issue
