Contacting before ordering

Hi guys,

Is a buyer able to contact me before ordering a service from me?

I offer a free intro video chat consultation for the client before they decide whether to order my services, so I’d like them to be able to contact me on Fiverr to schedule a virtual appointment and provide them with a contact information for the consultation.
