It is easy to list things to consider when starting on Fiverr. However, a list of these things is only helpful with information on how to implement it.

For example, how do you actively seek buyers? How do you get good reviews?  

Search engine optimization on Fiverr is useless. Fiverr does not work like Google.

They still have a search engine where the keywords you use in the title (especially), description etc. are important.

True. However, those keywords were for the use of the Fiverr algorithm when a buyer looks for a particular service. They are not for a search engine such as Google.

True, though they may get a lowish percentage of views through google or other search engines those keywords could still work there. Views from external search engines is probably quite low as they removed the "update seo" part of the gig set up - which was only for external search engines I think (though Fiverr still adds stuff to the page source of gigs that's only likely useful for external search engines like google).
