Briefly, if the Paypal button is greyed out, it is unusable for you, either because you don’t have funds available, you haven’t set up your Paypal account with Fiverr yet, or you live in a world region where there have been issues with fund transfers. In this last case, you should have seen a notification to contact Customer Support. If you can’t readily identify why your button is greyed out, contact CS and file a report.
