Hi everyone,

I am a WordPress developer, and recently I have seen webflow demand getting high. I just want to know what extra features webflow has that are not available in Wordpress. I have found a few interesting videos on youtube but I would love to hear from experts here.

There are several features that Webflow offers over WordPress:

  1. Visual design: Webflow allows you to visually design your website, while WordPress requires coding or using a third-party builder.
  2. E-commerce: Webflow has powerful e-commerce features built-in, while WordPress requires the use of plugins or third-party solutions.
  3. Hosting: Webflow offers hosting as part of its platform, while with WordPress you need to find a hosting provider and manage the server yourself.
  4. CMS: Webflow's content management system (CMS) is more intuitive and streamlined than WordPress.
  5. Code control: Webflow gives you complete control over the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code of your website, while with WordPress you may have to work within the limitations of pre-existing themes and plugins.
  6. Responsive design: Webflow was built with responsive design in mind, making it easier to create mobile-friendly websites than with WordPress.

While WordPress is a popular and flexible platform, Webflow offers a more modern approach to web design and development, with more integrated features and greater control over the final product.

Webflow has some learning curve though.

The overall user experience! Also the way they care about educating the users of Webflow through Webflow University 😁 If you know, you know.

I can tell  that some users prefer Webflow over WordPress for its ease of use and drag-and-drop interface. Others prefer WordPress for its flexibility and vast range of plugins and themes. It's true that Webflow University offers a comprehensive and well-organized learning resource for its users, while WordPress has a more scattered approach to educational materials. However, there is still a vast amount of educational materials available for WordPress, including online courses, tutorials, blogs, forums, and documentation.
