How can I get an order without a buyer request?

I opened a Fiverr account in October 2020. I do book layout formatting & book layout design. I got my first order from a buyer in Italy on 22 December 2020 through buyer request. Since this was my first order, I was not sure what to do. Zahid Munsi uncle helped me. With the help of Zahid uncle I complete my work and deliver. The buyer is happy with my work and gives a 5-star review. After a few minutes of reviewing my gig Paperback formatting list, the 2nd page came to the beginning. Was in the same position for many days. I reduced my Fiverr time due to study pressure. My gig started losing rank. Sometimes the account was logged in, but I could not send the buyer request as I was not given time like before.

I am currently a 4th-year student of B.Sc in Nursing. Due to study pressure & clinical practice, I have not given much time to the Fiverr account.

I am now having that problem:

  •  Fiverr cannot send buyer requests.
  • Gig rank is not happening
  • I don't have much experience about the new update of the marketplace.

If I could solve these problems, I would be able to turn around again

Since you haven't been a regular on Fiver for a long time, you probably missed a lot of updates. First of all, Buyer request option is no longer available. Fiverr removed it long ago.
Secondly they have updated their ranking system and many sellers lost their gig rank and even many of them lost their account due to review manupulation and many more. Form me the best sugession for you is to keep patient and try to be regular as much as possible to stay in compitition and if you have past buyer, you can ask them if they have any work for you.

Thank you very much for giving such good advice. This happened to me due to Fiverr not being active for a long time. I want to work again with your prayers.
