It’s not worth getting a neg review especially at this point in the game for you.I know it is a waste of time and labor, but that is real business. Orders get cancelled, deliveries fail, misunderstandings occur. In a ratings based economy like this one, just take the hits, and move on.Best of luck. dudeson Posted July 18, 2014 Share Posted July 18, 2014 I totally agree with seo_alchemy, the best thing you can do is talk to your buyer and why he wants to cancel.I know exactly what you’re going through because I had the exact same situation but maybe worse…customer starts calling me names, cursing, etc.You better just cancel the order and focus on other customers.
