A word of advice.



Cancel whenever a buyer wants to cancel. It’s not worth getting a neg review especially at this point in the game for you.



I know it is a waste of time and labor, but that is real business. Orders get cancelled, deliveries fail, misunderstandings occur. In a ratings based economy like this one, just take the hits, and move on.

I totally agree with seo_alchemy, the best thing you can do is talk to your buyer and why he wants to cancel.

I know exactly what you’re going through because I had the exact same situation but maybe worse…customer starts calling me names, cursing, etc.

You better just cancel the order and focus on other customers. Always be friendly no matter what the customer says, does or claims.
