Not getting any clicks and impressions using fiverr Promoted Gigs option

i am level 2 seller on fiverr, last 3 week ago i lose fiverr Promoted Gigs option. last 3 week ago fiverr stopping my promoted gigs . I don't know why it stopped , but last 4 days ago again fiverr gave me Promoted Gigs option. I turned on the fiverr Promoted Gigs option again as before but Not getting any clicks and impressions like before . Why is this happening?  Please help me with this special suggestion,
