my top client list can not be approved how can I get information my client is approved from Fiverr?

Fiverr change it few days ago, now you can add only top clients is on fiverr lists and you have to send invoice or other documents which certify that you have really worked with them.

Actually, the feature is updated, and you have to add more details for proper verification by Fiverr, though you can only select a business from the approved list only, this is a good step as many people were mentioning Fiverr, Amazon, and Microsft as their clients, lol

You need to proove that you really work with the client. You should ask also the client that you will show their company (or businesses) to your profile.
