Payoneer and Money Withdrawal on Fiverr

Mermoz from Ivory Coast in Abidjan -I just ot a  3 months contract where the client will regulary pay me some money take care of his business .

I want to know how reliable is it to use my payonner card to withdraw money?

After the 14 days, when money is deposited on my account, how money days does it take for the money to be on my payonneer account?

is it safe and reliable? Have you had some issue with that transfer before?

We are about to start the project next tuesday and I want all transaction to happen on fiveer account?

is it a wise decision?

Any advise to me so that everything goes well ?
