All Gigs Disappeared before 1 month

Hey, It's been a month since all my gigs disappeared. I've tried contacting support but am getting the same template answer. Is there any solution?

if your performance and other metric drop, also your gig will disappear from Fiverr results. Solution? you need to deliver perfect order, that your client will left always 5 stars review.

I delivered more than 50 orders in a month 31 left 5-star reviews and 3 clients 4-star reviews. others didn't give any review.

Yes, I know, but Fiverr compare your performance and other internal metric with other sellers in fiverr, could be that your competitors have higher performance than yours and for this reason your service has been removed from fiverr search results.
