when i click on create a new gig it does not work, page refreshes and again comes back to manage gigs page,not to create new gig

i have tried many times to create a new gig, but when ever i click on the button to create a new gig, page refreshes and again come backs to manage gigs page. it does not goes to new gig creation page. any body knows the reason.
