amolgigs
To fix this issue, First disable all the plugins ( or single plugin If you are already aware of the plugin causing the issue) from Cpanel or Using FTP - https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/wordpress/disable-wordpress-plugins/, Then you will be able to login to the site. Feel free to contact me if you need any help related to WordPress
wd_com_3
That's a CSS issue. Your website dashboard CSS files are edited or missing anyhow. So, you have to check it and re-set it again. The problem will be solved. If you need help, I'm available.
hridoygoodboy
1. Deactive all of your plugins First, log in to Cpanel and then remove all plugins (create a backup first) 2. then try to refresh the login page (Hope it will be fixed) 3. At last activate all the plugins one by one and check again if it's a conflict or not. Edited April 5 by hridoygoodboy spelling mistake

jubayer_hosain
you can fix this by deactivating your culprit plugin firstly you have to need deactivate all plugins and active one by one then you can find the culprit plugin. if you cant login your wp dashboard during this issue you can use cPanel> Cpanel>file manager>open your directory>wp content>plugins>just change the plugin folder name. After complete this journey you can login your website and you can reactive all plugins. thank you.
