In general, if you are being overwhelmed with too much work, it's best to either a) raise your prices, or b) acquire help.

As freelancers, usually the best option is 'a'.

Start building your team, by networking, don't worry too much of not getting most of the dollar with you, invest. This might be simple to say but very challenging.

You can also pause your gigs and only take new orders when you finish the current ones.

For managing your tasks you can create your team to handle multiple projects at a time.

For tracking every project you can use daily notes or to-do lists or the Trello web application for managing your all projects at a time.

I do it one by one. It's not possible to multiple jobs at the same time.

Overwhelming? I just checked all your gigs. You have only 1 order in the queue.

This is my schedule and that is overwhelming. I still have 33 active orders. Three weeks ago, I had active 43 orders.
