Repeat order counted as a PROMOTED?

It's question and I think it's very important.

One buyer placed order from my promoted GIG in last month (or couple of month back). This order marked as a promoted. Now same buyer ask me for more different work and I created custom order ($272) for him. Now next order is also included into Promoted order. I have this single order in a queue.

My Promoted GIG Spend suddenly rase to $16 in just 2 days. I will not touch to this topic how it happed because I know that.

But my question is, going forward, whenever this buyer place order then will it count as a Promoted?

Let me know if anyone noticed this.
