Does anyone know how to clean Japanese spam quickly from Google search results?

To remove Japanese spam it generally takes minimum 3 days. It can't be remove instantly.

For removing Japanese spam first you need to remove all the malware from your website, then you have to enter in your google web console there you have to add the sitemaps of your website to the google console after that you need to wait few days it will be removed automatically.

Use the below points to remove malware from your WordPress Site 

1 - Replace WordPress core Files according to the current version of your site. Same do with free plugin and themes.

2 - Install a plugin to scan your site. And clean the files appear in the scan report.

3 - Check the cron jobs and delete all unnecessary.

4 - Scan the database for malware script. This type of script hardly appear in the scan report.

First, ensure that your website is free from malware or any malicious content. After that, you can request the Google bot to crawl your site by adding an XML site map to your Search Console account.

To remove spam, and malware attacks, the Wordfence plugin is the best solution.

1. Remove malware Website And database (sometimes you just remove scripts from file but codes stays at database, make sure you check those out too)
2. Regenerate XML 
3. Request url removal by clicking google links and finding out any redirection ( if you have )
4. Resubmit xml on search console. 

Should take about 24 hours if you are fast enough

But it's not possible to remove all of the spam links from google within 24 hours. I think it takes 6/7 days or more.
