Can I use ChatGPT an AI language model to write proposals or brief offers?

Hi there, I am worrying about using ChatGPT for writing proposals, creating custom offers, and replying to a brief. Is this legal in Fiverr to use AI? if yes, then what are your suggestions regarding writing and effective proposals?

In addition to what @imagination7413 said, if you're going to use ChatGPT to write offers, responses, and so on, before you hit the "send" button, carefully read what ChatGPT wrote, and ensure that it makes sense, that it answers all of the buyer's concerns/questions, and that it says what you want it to say (instead of, for example,  promising the buyer the moon and the stars delivered in 1 day for $5 with unlimited revisions).
